Trainers
Ar Nasharuddin Haji Abdul Majid, the principal founder of CA, is an architect by training with over 30 years of experience of numerous development projects, a HRDF accredited trainer, registered conservator with Jabatan Warisan Negara and Green Building Index Facilitator. He had been involved in the training of architects sitting for Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia Licensure Examination and presented in seminars on construction contracts and conservation.
Afidah Haji Abdul Majid, is an educator with over three decades of experiences in children early education. A master graduate in early education from UCLA Fresno, she had gathered experiences from her sojourn in Los Angeles before returning to Malaysia, working in international school and finally established Balqis Kindergarten in 2000. At BK, she continued sharing her knowledge and experiences with trainee teachers and educators from local universities and colleges.
Ar Badrul Hisham Bin Mohamad Said is a Certified HRDC Trainer with preaccredited certificate since 2025. Graduate of WESTERN AUSTRALIAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, and CURTIN UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY, Perth, Western Australia for the Bachelor Of Architecture (Honours). A Registered Architect and Interior Designer with over 30 years’ experience in Commercial, Institutional, Industrial & Housing designs, and Project Management of Developments, Ar Badrul Hisham was registered with the
Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia since 1994. In the field of professional training, he is a regular presenter on Professional Practice, Laws in Building Development and Fire Regulations and a contributor at professional classes.
Nasrun Azmi is the Principal of NBA Planner, a company specialising in project planning for construction industry. Nasrun’s expertise in Microsoft Project is reinforced by his diverse background—from fieldwork as an IoW and Site Supervisor to strategic planning roles in major development companies. This unique combination positions him as a highly sought-after trainer and advisor, capable of guiding stakeholders through complex project planning scenarios and conflict resolution. Since 2025, Nasrun has collaborated with Cipta Akademi to carry out MS Project Training Courses to architects, engineers, quantity surveyors and contractors
Ar Norhayati Saad is the CEO of Proliv Life Sciences Sdn Bhd and Principal of Norhayati Saad Architect .She is the visionary force behind Proliv Life Sciences Sdn Bhd, a Malaysian company dedicated to advancing traditional herbal medicine through scientific rigor and cultural integrity. With a deeprooted passion for herbal sciences, she has steered Proliv from its early R&D-focused beginnings into a thriving enterprise that delivers evidencebased, halal-certified herbal supplements for modern wellness. Her approach blends ancestral wisdom with contemporary research, reflecting a commitment to crafting products that are not only effective but also ethically and culturally resonant.
Ts. Dr Fadzilah Adibah Abdul Majid is a professor attached with Institute of Climate Adaptation and Marine Biotechnology, Universiti Malaysia Terengganu. Prior to that she was attached with Universiti Teknologi Malaysia as lecturer in the Department of Bioprocess Engineering, School of Chemical and Energy Engineering. She pioneered the commercial medical research of herbal and marine based health supplement, to comply with the industrial need and regulatory requirement following the international standards. She is a committee member of Cosmetics Safety Expert Committee (CoSEC) for National Pharmaceutical Control Bureau (NPCB), Ministry of Health, Malaysia since 2010 and also engages with non-profit organization PUGM (Malaysia Graduate Entrepreneurs Association) based in Kuala Lumpur to initiate networking with fellow graduate entrepreneurs from ASEAN countries and China. Dr Fadzilah collaborated with Cipta Akademi to provide training in bio-technology.
Zuraidin bin Samsuri is an HRDC accredited trainer and QMS Lead Auditor. He is the founder of ZURRAH TRAINING CONSULTANCY. He holds a Bachelor Degree from UTM Master Degree in Corporate Management from University Malaysia Pahang. He has more than 25 years of working experiences in multi-national companies, specializing in area of quality management system, operation management and research & development (R&D). Throughout his career, he held various management positions (Senior QA/QC Manager, Head of Quality, QC Manager, QA Engineer) in multi-national manufacturing corporations before establishing his own training and consultancy firm. His vast experiences and association with people from various sector enabled him to effectively manage people with various behavior, he has acquired a wide and in-depth knowledge in leadership skills and unique decision-making abilities. This has enabled him to develop various training modules in his areas of expertise include Total Quality Management (TQM), Problem Solving & Decision Making, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Effective Leadership & Supervisory Skills, Successful Mindset Transformation and Powerful Communication & Presentation Skills
Ar. Ts. Mohd Hazwan bin Hamidi is a dedicated academic and registered professional architect and technologist, currently serving as a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Architecture and Ekistics, Universiti Malaysia Kelantan. With a strong foundation in architectural education and practice, he brings a wealth of experience to both teaching and research. Before joining UMK, he
served as an architect at the Department of Local Government, Ministry of Housing and Local Government, from 2014 to 2021. His transition into academia has been marked by a commitment to nurturing future architects through studio-based learning and interdisciplinary collaboration. Ar Hazwan collaborated with Cipta Akademi in the field of Green Technology Certification Training.

Cipta Akademi Kuala Terengganu
@ Pavilion Cipta 1340 Jalan Sultan Mahmud Kuala Terengganu. A 20,000 square feet full-fledged training center with several meeting rooms, seminar space, receptions, private offices, surau, toilets, dining facilities, rest and break-out areas in a landscaped setting. Also provided is a woodworking workshops for training of heritage techniques in conservation. The center is equipped with internet and audio-visual systems that caters for online training.
Balqis Kindergarten Tasik Puteri
Balqis Kindergarten in Tasik Puteri, Rawang, Selangor. Balqis Kindergarten is an established bespoke kindergarten designed to provide children with the best early education experiences. BK as a reallife child education center had been used as training halfway point for trainees from universities and colleges and would be an ideal training ground for early education.
